Our trainees are individually supervised by practical instructors. There is close cooperation with the relevant specialist seminars and vocational schools. We offer living space for trainees at the site.

During the training, the trainees take responsibility for their own project ideas in the facility and on the site. In the run-up to the training, we offer internships in the facilities of the site.
